The Assembly Member for Ahenboboano Electoral Area in Sefwi Oseikojokrom, Hon. Bismark Adarkwa Yiadom, has donated over 200 mathematical sets to Basic Education Certificate Examination (BECE) candidates within his electoral area and surrounding communities.
The beneficiaries of the donation include candidates from Ahenboboano, Manzan Electoral Area, as well as students in Kojoaba, all within the Oseikojokrom Circuit.
According to him, providing the students with the needed examination materials will help ease the burden on parents and also encourage candidates to prepare adequately for their upcoming exams.
He further assured residents that, as Assembly Member, he remains committed to doing everything within his capacity to promote quality education and support the development of schools in his area.
Speaking in an interview with Fresh Ike on the AM Morning Show on Agooha FM, Hon. Adarkwa Yiadom stated that his decision to support the candidates was inspired by his desire to help improve the declining standard of education in the Oseikojokrom Circuit.
The gesture has been widely praised by residents and parents, who described it as timely and beneficial to the academic progress of the students..
